Flour 3 cups
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Powdered milk 1/4 cup
1Egg
Sugar 1/2 cup
Butter 100g/7 tsp
Liquid milk/water 90/100ml 6-7 tsp
METHOD
Da farko aunty na zaki samu roba me tsafta ki ɗauko flour ki ki tankaɗe shi a cikin robar da raria,se ki ɗauko baking powder ki tankaɗa shi a cikin flour ,se ki dauko madarar ki ta gari ki tankaɗa ta,se ki ɗauko sugar ki zuba,se ki haɗa su waje ɗaya,kafin ki ɗauki butter ki zuba ki mixing ɗin flour and butter togethee throughly till it's well combined and has a crumbly consistency now add the egg, pour in the milk, mix together thoroghly, till you get a smooth and non sticky dough, se ki adding more liquid, it it's too hard and more flour it, ir's too sticky, se ki ɗauko tray ko katako me faɗi, bayan kin kwaɓa ya kwaɓu, ki barbaɗa flour, se ki gutsiro flour ki ɗaura kan tray ki ɗauko muciya ko kwalba ki murza,roll out your dough smothly,it should not be too thick/thin,you can cut out the unequal edges to re-roll later,se ki ɗaura pan ɗinki a wuta ki zuba man gyada, karki cika wuta,ki jefa albasa ya soyu.
Sai ki ɗauko fulawar da kika murza ki yayyanka ta da yuƙa ko reza,a tsaye then horizontally to form little square size,dough is ready to fry!,pour the cut dough in the hot oil,not too hot else it will burn fast,fry and stir throughout for even frying ,don't overcrowd the oil to prevent soggy chin chin.
Ki soya shi ye golden brown se ki kwashe ki zuba a kwandon don man ya tsane,serve and enjoy your chin chin.
