MILLET BALLS (YAR TSALA)
Ingredients
* Surfaffen gero 3cups
* 1/4 cup flour
* 1 Tbsp yeast
* 3 Tbsp sugar
* 1teaspn of salt
* 1tbspn Karkashi (yoɗo)
* 1 tspn baking powder
Procedure
Da farko zaki wanke surfaffen geronki kamar sau uku, ki tabbatar kin cire duk wani datti ko ɓawo a ciki. Sai ki jiƙa shi a cikin ruwa ya kwana. Da safe sai ki sake wanke geron a ruwa mai kyau, sai ki yi blending ɗinsa sosai har sai ya yi laushi sosai. Sai ki juya a mazubi mai girma.
