7 CINNAMON (girfa):- Ina son girki da cinnamon,akwai na gari akwai kuma na stick,yana matukar dadi a shayi mai kayan kamshi,kuma yana dadi a home made drinks kamar su tamarind drink,milk shakes,ana saka cinnamon a baked foods kamar chocolates cakes,swissrolls,cinnamon rolls ,ana garnishing dashi,yana matukar dadi a soup na kayan ciki da kuma soup din nama.
 
8 CURRY:- Curry sinadarin girki ne da kowa ya sanshi amma ba lallai yadda ya kamata kike amfani dashi ba, hanya mafi kyau yadda zakiyi amfani da curry shine ki sakashi a farkon girkinki da kuma tsakiyar girki, misala idan jollof rice zakiyi ana saka shi a farko wajen bayan kin tsaida ruwan jollof dinki, idan ya tafasa,kika zuba shinkafarki,tayi tafasa kamar biyu sai ki kara.
 
9 THYME:- thyme yawanci anfi anfani da na kanti,amma akwai ganyen sa,wanda shima zaki iya anfani dashi ki saka a nama, kifi ko kaza, ana amfani da ganyen thyme a recipes na dankali yana matukar kawata abinci.
 
10 POTASH(kanwa):-
Akwai ungurnu,akwai jar kanwa akwai ,bakar kanwa da sauransu,amma anfi amfani da ungurnu da kuma bakar kanwa,duk dai wacce kike amfani da ita,ba lokacin da zakiyi anfani da ita yakamata ki fara kokawar jikata ba,zaki samu robar lemo mai kyau ki wanke kanwarki ki zuba a robar sannan ki zuba ruwa ki cika tap,duk sanda zakiyi amfani da ita daman tana kusa sai tsiyaya a murfin robar ko chokali ki zuba a girkinki.
 
11 TUMERIC:- wannan indian spices ne ,zaki ganshi yallow shar,kanshinshi bashi da karfi,yana da kyau a girki,domin yana kawata girki da wannan kalar tasa,misali zaki iya saka a farar shinkafa,ki dafa dashi kiyi garnishing da carrots da kume peas,yana kayu sosai,ana saka shi a recipes na dankali,idan zaayi fried chips zakiga yayi kala mai kyau,abin shaawa.

19 PARSELY:- parsely ganye ne kore shar,mai kyau a girki da kuma dadin kamshi,ana saka shi a minced meat,ko baked food,ana garnishing dashi,kuma ana saka shi a pasta recipe da recipes na dankali,yana kawata girki sosai.
