Tinubu Sets 2027 Agenda, Unveils High-Powered APC Strategy and Mobilisation Committee

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has inaugurated a new All Progressives Congress (APC) National Committee on Strategy, Conflict Resolution and Mobilization as the party gears up for the 2027 elections. Former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, is among the prominent figures named to the committee.
The body is chaired by Yobe State Governor, Mai Mala Buni, with former APC National Legal Adviser, Muiz Banire, serving as Member/Secretary. Its membership also includes the Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum and Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq; Senator Adamu Aliero; and the Chairman of the Progressive Governors Forum and Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma.
Other members are Governors Hyacinth Alia (Benue), Umar Namadi (Jigawa), Bassey Otu (Cross River), Abiodun Oyebanji (Ekiti), Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta), Uba Sani (Kaduna) and Siminalayi Fubara (Rivers), alongside Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, and Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle.
