The Nationwide Tinubu Connect Associates (NTCA) has declared its readiness to mobilise support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu through peaceful, lawful and strategic grassroots engagement across Nigeria’s six geopolitical zones ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The group also reaffirmed its commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda, pledging to contribute to Nigeria’s continued progress, stability and development.
In a statement issued yesterday, the director-general of NTCA, Dr. Bello Maigari, said the group had set an ambitious target of mobilising 10 million votes for President Tinubu in the 2027 general elections.
Maigari said the target reflected the group’s determination to expand its national network, strengthen community engagement, raise public awareness and encourage eligible Nigerians to participate actively and peacefully in the democratic process.
“This target reflects our determination to expand our national network, strengthen community engagement, deepen public awareness, and encourage eligible Nigerians to participate actively and peacefully in the democratic process,” he said.
He said the association recognised the importance of continuity, effective leadership, national unity and sustainable development in building a stronger and more prosperous Nigeria.
According to him, NTCA remains committed to promoting constructive political engagement, strengthening grassroots structures and communicating the policies, programmes and achievements of the Tinubu administration to Nigerians.
“Our mission goes beyond political mobilisation. We are committed to fostering unity, encouraging responsible citizenship, promoting peaceful democratic participation, and supporting initiatives that advance economic opportunities, social development, and national progress,” Maigari stated.
He added that the group would intensify its mobilisation efforts ahead of the 2027 general elections through coordinated grassroots campaigns, stakeholder engagement, community outreach and strategic collaboration with relevant political and community leaders.
The NTCA director-general noted that achieving the 10-million-vote target would require dedication, effective organisation, teamwork and sustained engagement with Nigerians at the grassroots level.
He, therefore, urged the group’s coordinators, members and supporters, as well as other Nigerians who share its vision, to remain united, focused and peaceful in their political activities.
“We therefore call on our coordinators, members, supporters, and well-meaning Nigerians to remain united, focused, peaceful, and committed to the collective vision of a better Nigeria,” he said.
The group assured President Tinubu of its continued commitment to peaceful democratic participation and pledged to mobilise support for the Renewed Hope Agenda as the country prepares for the 2027 general elections.
