ADC to Tinubu: Fight Terrorists, Not the Opposition

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has urged President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to focus on combating terrorism, banditry, kidnapping, and other violent crimes instead of targeting the opposition.

According to the party, only hours before the President declared he was ready to “fight to the finish” politically, at least 30 people were reportedly killed in an attack on Naridon village in Kauru LGA of Kaduna State, with homes destroyed and families displaced.

ADC said Nigerians elected President Tinubu to secure lives and property, not to engage in political battles while insecurity continues to claim innocent lives across the country.

The party maintained that elections are won through performance, not political rhetoric, stressing that the President’s real opponents are terrorists, bandits, kidnappers, and the insecurity affecting communities nationwide.
