Zamfara and Niger State Governors, have visited the National Security Adviser (NSA), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu.
Both of them were on the visit with the intention to find out a lasting solution to the problem affecting the two and some other states in the region and Nigeria
in general.
Zamfara state Governor Dr. Dauda Lawal and his Niger State counterpart Mohammed Umar Bago in their collective effort to find a lasting solution to the lingering banditry disturbing their States is the reason why they Visited national security adviser.
A statement by the Spokesperson to the Zamfara Governor, Sulaiman Bala Idris, said the Governors had a closed-door meeting with the National Security Adviser, in his office in, Abuja.
He said the two Governors paid the visit in their effort to improve synergy between them and the office of the National Security Adviser.
