How To Make Special Fried Rice Recipe

Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
Rice
Chicken/Turkey/Beef etc
Fried diced onions Gizzard/Liver/Sausages
Carrots
Green Beans & Peas
Sweet corn
Bells peppers
Habanero peppers
Onions
Salt
Chicken seasoning cubes
Curry, Thyme and any other spice of your choice
Note: All vegetables should be diced
Step 1: Getting Chicken/Beef Stock
Cook your chicken with curry, thyme, salt & chicken seasoning cubes.
When cooked, remove the chicken, fry/grilled, set the chicken stock aside
Step 2: Cooking the Rice
Wash and parboil your Rice for 10mins, drain from water and set aside.
Put your Chicken stock in a pot, add l tablespoon of curry and thyme, salt and chicken cubes.
Let it boil then add parboiled rice and cook till your desired softness
Step 3: Frying the Rice
Put frying pan on cooker, add cooking oil and let it heat up a bit. Add in your diced onions, followed by green beans and carrots, fry for 2 minutes, then add in sweet corn, green peas, bell & habanero pepper, diced gizzard, 1/2 teaspoon of curry, thyme(depending on the quantity of rice).
Taste before adding additional salt and seasoning.
Then add in cooked rice, mix and fry for 2mins while stirring it
***You can fry the rice in batches or alternatively fry the vegetable and mix with your rice in your pot.
