Governor Radda Flags Off Foundation Laying of New Girls’ Secondary School in Sabuwa
Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, today has flagged off the foundation laying of one of the four newly approved Girls’ Secondary Schools in Sabuwa Local Government Area.
The project is a constituency initiative sponsored by the Member representing Faskari, Kankara, and Sabua Federal Constituency, Hon. Shehu Dalhatu Tafoki.
The event is part of Governor Radda ongoing Statewide Engagement Tour, aimed at inspecting projects, engaging with communities, and accelerating developmental efforts across Katsina State.
The ceremony opened with prayers, seeking Allah’s blessings for the smooth execution of the project and for continued peace, protection, and progress throughout the state. Community leaders, education stakeholders, and residents participated in the prayers, expressing gratitude for the initiative aimed at expanding educational opportunities for girls in Sabua.
Governor Radda commended Hon. Shehu Dalhatu Tafoki for championing the project, describing it as a vital contribution to the educational advancement of young girls and a major boost to development in the constituency.
The Governor was accompanied by top federal and state government officials, who joined local leaders and residents to witness the historic milestone.
