As the Kano State administration continues its stride toward economic revitalization and social stability, the role of the Head of Service (H.O.S.) becomes the fulcrum upon which all executive policies balance. The recent appointment of Haj. Bilkisu Shehu Maimota as Acting H.O.S. is a strategic masterstroke, however, the shift from “Transition” to “Stability” is what will ultimately define the success of these reforms.
