21 @RAMADAN: HOW TO MAKE EASY BEEF AND COUSCOUS
Looking for a simple meal to serve family and friends for Iftar? Enjoy a tasty treat with this easy and delicious stir fry recipe for beef & couscous.
Ingredients
Couscous, salt, vegetable oil, beef fillet, garlic, ginger, ground black pepper, carrot, onion, 
oregano, red bell pepper, green bell pepper.
Recipe
• Begin by heating 250ml of water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in 1/2 tsp of salt and 
bring the mixture to a boil.
• Once boiling, add the couscous to the saucepan. Stir well and allow the couscous to absorb the water over low heat for approximately 5 minutes. 
Then, remove from heat and set aside.
• In a wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add shredded beef, garlic, ginger, oregano, and 
a pinch of salt. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until the beef is fully cooked through.
• Next, add the carrot to the wok and sauté for a minute. 
Then, add the sliced onion and continue to sauté for another minute.
• Add the cooked couscous to the wok and toss to mix. Finally, add the diced red and green bell peppers and toss everything together until well combined.
• Your beef couscous stir-fry is now ready to serve. Enjoy
