2023: Praise Singers of Prophet Muhammad, calls for Youths not to involve in thuggery

The National Chairman of the Hausa Praise Singers Council of Nigeria, Ushaqun Nabiyi Rasulil A'azam  Sherif Auwal Siddi Bolari, has called on youths in Gombe State and Nigeria not to involve in anything that may undermine the peace and security of the state and the nation as the 2023 General Elections draw nearer,

 
Sherif Auwal Siddi, made the call on Friday shortly after the council's held their National Annual General Meeting in Gombe, said parents  must guard their children against engaging in any political uprising and commotion.
 
Stressing that the council has ordered its members nationwide to be writing praise songs that will promote peace and unity of the nation that would cause no  tension.
 
He therefore charged politicians to avoid misusing youths for their selfish political gains, but instead support them through education and empowerment for self reliance.
 
The National Chairman also charged youth to ensure they have their permanent voters cards (PVCs) to vote for credible candidates of their choice come 2023.
 
According to him the council's preparations have gone far, for the celebration of forthcoming new Islamic year, maintaining that a series of events are being scheduled for the celebration to look even more colorful.
 
On his part, the grand patron of the council Musa Ahmad Muhammad Sahibul Khairati, appreciate Islamic scholars for conducting a seamless Qur'anic tafsir during Ramadan, and for the prayers offered for the peace and security of the nation.
 
Sahibul Khairati appealed to the scholars and the public to intensify prayers for God Almighty to choose right candidates for the nation in various political offices come 2023.
