He further disclosed that in the same recorded audio, Mr. Anka claimed that the Tribunal Judges were induced to proper advanced judgement in favour of the APC opposition party in the state, even before the date scheduled for judgement.
Lugga said in view of the alarming implication of the audio conversation, "we feel compelled and duty bound as a congregation of responsible citizens to seek legal redress for clarification on claims publicly declared by Mr. Anus.
Meanwhile, the acting chairman urged the distinguished Senator Abdulaziz Abubakar Yari to disassociate himself from this allegation of bribery against him as claimed by Sani Anka.
He views that Yari, a respected distinguished Senator representing larger percentage of the number of local governments in the state, should be given a benefit of the doubt against the false claim.
He also call on the commissioner of police and other concerned security outfits to immediately commence investigation into this dirty allegation with a view to suppressing the growing tension in the state as a result of the leaked audio recording.
