Zamfara NSCDC Parades Suspected Thugs Carrying Dangerous Weapons

The Nigeria Security And Civil Defence Corps Zamfara state command has today paraded some suspected thugs who were apprehended at Mayanchi junction coming from Gummi local government to Gusau the state capital.
Parading the suspects to journalists at the Corps headquarters, the NSCDC spokes man Mr Ikor Oche SC said, every one is aware of the executive order issued by governor Bello Muhammed Matawalle Maradun restricting and closing down roads and markets front to security trait by bandits and other miscreants in the state.
According to him, the order extended to any form of political gatherings or movement throughout the period.
He said it is very sad, despite all the order and warning some miscreants suspected to be thugs have been sighted in the party branded Vehicle carrying all manners of weapons from Gummi local government coming to Gusau the state capital.
He said, after investigation the suspects would be prosecuted to serve as deterrent to others, thanking other sister security agencies who intercepted them at Mayanchi junction of Maru local government.
