Youth Group Mobilize Sensitization for PVC Collection In Yobe

For the preparation to the forthcoming 2023 general elections, the Youth group in Yobe State have organized a community mobilization and sensitization exercise to facilitate the collection of Permanent Voters Card (PVC) among registered voters.
The campaign which was tagged #VoteReady is aimed at mobilizing citizens, especially youth to enable them to exercise their civic rights in the 2023 general elections.
The exercise which was conducted in Damaturu was organized by the Yobe State #VoteReady Champion of the Brain Builders Youth Development Initiative with support from LEAP Africa under the Nigerian Youth Futures Fund funded by MacArthur and Ford Foundation took place at Damaturu Sunday Market.
The campaign targeting to reach out to the grassroot communities as the deadline for the collection of PVC is due on Sunday 29th Jan 2022.
Part of the activities in line for the #VoteReady Champion is stakeholders’ engagement to deepen impact by ensuring every aspect of society is involved in achieving the #NigeriaWeWant through the 2023 general elections.
