DOUGHNUT RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:-
▪Flour 4 cups
▪Sugar 1 cup or to taste
▪Butter 250g (1 simas)
▪Egg 5
▪Yeast 1 Tablespoon
▪Baking powder 1 teaspoon
▪Salt 2 teaspoons
▪Powdered milk 1/2 cup
▪G/oil 2 bottles
METHOD:-
Ki hada ƙwai, sugar, butter, yeast, b/powder, gishiri, madara da mangyaɗa gwangwani daya guri guda kita juyawa har sugar ya narke, sai ki zuba ruwa cup biyu na rowan dumi ki juya. Sai ki kawo flour ki zuba ki kwaba ya kwabu sosai. Alamar ya kwabu sosai zaki ga ya daina kama miki hannu. Ki bashi 1 hour sai ki murza ki fitar da shape na doughnut.
Kisa mai a wuta kina soyawa.
Note:- Dougnut yana son medium heat ne inkin cika wuta ciki bazai soyu ba in wuta tayi low zai sha mai.
Measurement na ruwan yayi daidai da cup din da kika auna flour.
Kwabin dougnut yafi cincin ruwa bai kuma kai na puff puff ba ya dan fi n buns ma.
