SOKOTO SUBEB CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER RETIRED

The Permanent Secretary State Universal Basic Education Board Alhaji Ahmed Rufa'i Ibrahim has today retired from service after attaining sixty  years retirement age.

Speaking while handing over to the Executive Chairman Alhaji Altine Shehu Kajiji who later directed the Director Planning and newly sworn-in Permanent Secretary in the state civil service Alhaji Umar Muhammad Yabo to take over, Alhaji Ahmed Rufa'i thanked all the staff of the board for their unflinching support, loyalty and cooperation to him and urged them to extend same to his successor.

Rufa'i also commended the cordial working relationship and exemplary leadership style of the Executive Chairman Alhaji Altine Shehu Kajiji,a situation which make the board to execute numerous projects aimed at uplifting the standard of basic education sub sector in the state.

Speaking shortly,the Executive Chairman of the board Alhaji Altine Shehu Kajiji congratulated the Permanent Ahmed Rufa'i Ibrahim for successfully attaining retirement age in good health, integrity and track records service to his dear state.

Kajiji then wished him Almighty Allah's guidance and more successes in his future endeavors.

The handing over ceremony held at the Executive Chairman's office was witnessed by Permanent Member two Alhaji Muhammad Dan Ango Wurno,some Directors and senior staff of the board.
