The Sokoto State Pilgrims Welfare Agency has successfully concluded its strategic Pilgrims Education and Enlightenment programme for intending pilgrims.
The programme, held at the Sultan Maccido Institute for Qur’an and General Studies, brought together pilgrims drawn from Sokoto North, Sokoto South, the pilgrims who paid through Pilgrims Welfare Agency headquaters (PWA), and the State Government Officilas (SGO).
During the grand finale, Islamic scholars and Hajj officials delivered detailed and practical presentations on the essential aspects of Hajj rituals. The sessions also covered newly introduced policies and guidelines to ensure pilgrims are well-prepared for a smooth and spiritually fulfilling Hajj exercise.
The Agency remains committed to providing comprehensive education and support to all intending pilgrims from Sokoto State to ensure compliance with all Hajj requirements and to enhance their overall experience during the pilgrimage.
