SOKOR REP APOLOGIZED TO SEN. WAMAKKO AND BEG FOR HIS FORGIVENESS

From what analysts described as political development in Sokoto State, the Sokoto State Governor Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto and his political mentor, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, have forgiven the member representing Tangaza/Gudu Federal Constituency, Hon. Sani Alh. Yakubu. 

This followed a personal apology and seeking forgiveness by the federal lawmaker before the duo.

Hon. Gudu tendered his apology to both leaders on Sunday in Abuja, the Asokoro residence of the APC leader, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko. 

In an interview with Gudu, he expressed his regrettable attitude, which led to his exit from the real Journey in the APC family to another scramble way. 

He said, "I came back home to my father, whom I have been with for almost nineteen years; I have no place to go, with or without politics". 

" I regretted my earlier unruly behaviour, and I asked for forgiveness from my father, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko and my Governor, Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto; this will not happen again; I am back to continue from where I stopped earlier ". Yakubu declared.

Hon. Sani Alh Yakubu was quoted to have said, "When I found myself on the hand of bandits sometime ago, nobody was there to help me but, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, as he paid for my ransom and rescued me alive ".

" I can also recall when my colleague  Hon. Abdulkadir Jelani Danbuga from Isa/Sabon Birni Federal constituency felled sick at Abuja, there was no help from anybody, but when I called Senator Wamakko he quickly and graciously came to our help as he paid for the hospital bill, and when unfortunately he passed away, I also called senator Wamakko again that, Hon Jelani died, the senator also responded by connected me with a private jet pilot who brought the corpse from Abuja to Sokoto for burial ".

Hon. Sani Sani Alh. Yakubu was accompanied to the Wamakko residence by Hon. Ahmad Abdullahi Kalambaina, representing Wamakko/Kware Federal Constituency, Hon. Ibrahim Almustapha Aliyu, a representative from Rabah/Wurno Federal Constituency and Hon. Nasiru Shehu, representing Bodinga, Dange shuni and Tureta federal constituency. 

Sani Yakubu has been enjoying the support from Senator Wamakko a quite number of times, as he contested for elective positions several times and won, all courtesy of Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko.
