SDP present female Senatorial candidate in Jigawa

The social democratic party (SDP) in Jigawa state has presented the female Senatorial candidate of Jigawa south Senatorial district Hajiya Amina Gambo Bala Iggi.
Chairman of the party Alhaji Alasan Umar Makaddari Malammadori who inaugurated the senator, said she has the capacity of leadership and sense of belonging "we believe that Hajiya Amina Gambo would be a good leader because she has all the capacity of leadership that is why we nominated her among many".
The chairman of the party called on the people of her district to vote for the SDP for the development of their communities.
On her part, the Senatorial candidate Hajiya Amina Gambo Bala Iggi said if she is elected " I will try and bridge the gaps of those politicians that compromised people and left their constituencies till another four years".
" I will also provide all what is needed for people under my power so that people of my constituency understand that they have been cheated by the past representatives".
She said no senator or rep in her constituency could show a project of a hundred million naira since he assumed office.
She promised to bring development and other socio-economic infrastructure and programmes that will alleviate poverty among rural communities.
She then promises to carry women and youths along with a view to empower them so that they can depend on themselves.
She then called on women and youths to vote for SDP during the upcoming 2023 general election that will be held on Saturday February 25th.
