Niger State Chapter ofJama’atu Izalatu Bidi’a Wa Ikamatu Sunnah, Headquarter  Jos, has blamed the continuous killings, banditry, kidnapping to impunity and lack of provision of the perpetuators by governments.
Chairman Council of Ulama, Sheikh Muhammad Sambo Rijau, stated this at end of a three-day Annual Seminar organized by the Niger State Chapter, with theme Islam Perspective on corruption and social deterioration in Minna.
Rijau also charged Islamic Scholars on the need to step down knowledge learnt to it members adding that Nigerians should retraced its past step and good behaviors hence the attitudinal change of government officials and leadership in the country to enhanced development.
The group National Assistant Secretary, Dr Mas'ud Ibrahim Tulu reiterated that the charge to court and prosecution of offenders will serve as deterrent to others if the country must overcome its current security challenges.

The guest speaker and Chairman governing board of New Gate College of Health Technology, Minna, Hassan Nuhu has decried wide gap between the poor and the rich calling on the well to do to extend hands to the poor to ameliorate poverty in the northern Nigeria. 
It was revealed that participants where draw across the twenty-five Local Government Area of the State with the aim of improving the teaching of Islam, saying programme is the second phase in the state.
