President Muhammadu Buhari mourns the death of Major-General Mohammed Sa’id (Rtd), formerly of the Defence Intelligence Agency and one-time Defence Adviser in the Nigerian High Commission in London.
He hailed from Adamawa state.
In a message to the family of the deceased on Monday, President Buhari said the late military officer was brave and worked hard to make the country's army a respectable institution.
“He dedicated his life to the discipline and pride of the country. May Allah accept his deeds and grant those who mourn him fortitude to bear the loss,” the President added.
