Niger Pilgrims Board Announce Opportunity To The Intending Pilgrims In The State

Following the recent pronouncement of the  Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Malam Jalal Ahmad Arabi, that the Hajj cost is tentatively fix at N4.5 million Naira or even lower, Niger State Pilgrims Welfare Board is pleased to inform the general public and specifically the intending pilgrims that there is now a window of opportunity for them to pay their deposits in two or three separate drafts, instead of the earlier announcement of a single deposit of 4.5 million Naira.

This flexibility is aimed at easing the financial burden on esteemed intending pilgrims and to ensure that they have the necessary support and options to make their journey as smooth as possible.

Please note that the total deposit amount remains the same, but now the intending pilgrim  has the option to pay it in two or three separate drafts.

The board therefore encourages all intending pilgrims' to take advantage of this opportunity and make the necessary arrangements to pay their deposits through the Area pilgrims welfare officers (APWO’s)accordingly, before the end of December,2023.
