KEBBI PDP INAUGURATES GUBERNATORIAL CAMPAIGN COUNCIL
 

 

Peoples Democratic Party Gubernatorial Candidate Major Gen Aminu Bande mni rtd today inaugurated his 2023 Campaign Council in the State Capital.

 
The Council comprises prominent Party Leaders, Elders, Youth and Women Leaders and other notable stakeholders drawn from all the 21 Local Government Areas of Kebbi State with Alh Abubakar Shehu as the Director General and Alh Atiku Bunu as Deputy Director General.
 
Speaking at the event held at Saffar Conference Hall, Major Gen Aminu Bande rtd congratulated all the council members stating that their choice is a mark of recognition by the PDP for dedication and hard work towards realization of the party's noble mandates.
 
He added that the Party has no doubt on their capabilities to ensure the success of Candidates from the President to State Assembly, emphasizing that all hands must be on deck to emerge victorious in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
 
In his remarks, Deputy Gubernatorial Candidate Alh Samaila Salihu Bui described the inauguration event as an energiser that will ginger party members and teeming supporters to prepare adequately for the upcoming general elections next year.
 
Director General of the campaign council Abubakar Shehu said members were carefully selected for the task cognisance of their track records and experience in different endeavours of life.
 
Highlight of the occasion was the formal inauguration of the 800 member council by the Gubernatorial Candidate Major Gen Aminu Bande rtd.
 
Others who spoke include the State Chairman of PDP Alh Usman Bello Suru with goodwill messages from former APC Chairmen Alh Atiku Bunu, Arch Bala Sani Kangiwa, Alh Bello Doya Zuru and Alh Lawali Na Mallam Dakin Gari as well the State Women Leader and Hajiya Rabi Zuru among others.
 
Thousands of PDP supporters, friends and well wishers graced the epoch-making event marking the commencement of Campaign activities by the Peoples Democratic Party in Kebbi State.
