Catfish pepper soup
Ingredients:
Clean catfish
Blended pepper
Slice onions
Pepper soup spices
Salt
Stock cubes
Water
Little utazi leave
Scent leaf.
Procedure: in a pot, put the catfish add the pepper, onions, stock cubes,salt, pepper soup spices,utazi leaves, and water to cover the pot of the fish,put on fire nd cook for 10 mint check and test if season is ok, at this point, if you want more of pepper soup water, you can add and season well. Cover the pot cook for another 5 to 8 minutes and lastly add the scent leaf and it's done.
