How To Make a Special White Soup
White soup, also known as “Ofe Nsala” or “Nsala soup,” is a delicious and 
aromatic dish. 
It’s traditionally made with chicken, but you can also use goat meat for a different twist. Here’s a recipe for Goat Meat 
White Soup:
Ingredients
Goat meat, goat broth, ground crayfish, pepper soup spice mix, seasoning cubes, salt, yam, onion, garlic, ginger, ground crayfish, utazi leaves, scent leaves, grounded pepper.
Recipe
•In a pot, bring water or goat broth to a boil. Add the goat meat, chopped onions, and garlic. Cook until the meat is tender.
•Add the yam chunks to the pot and cook until they are soft and can be easily mashed.
•Mash some of the yam to thicken the soup.
•Stir in the ground crayfish, pepper soup spice mix, ground pepper, uziza seeds, and utazi leaves. Adjust seasoning with salt.
•Simmer for an additional 10 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
•Peel the yam and cut it into small chunks.
•Boil the yam until it becomes soft.
•Drain the water and transfer the yam to a mortar or a food processor.
•Pound or process the yam until it becomes stretchy and smooth.
•Add small amounts of water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
•Serve the goat meat white soup with a side of freshly pounded yam.
