CRESCENT DONUTS
Ingredients
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla sugar
orange zest
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
8g yeast
7g baking powder
150ml warm water
100g semolina
250g flour
Directions
Step 1
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Add flour and let rise for 10 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and knead the dough.
Step 2
roll out the dough and cut it like how is it shown in the picture with a cookie cutter
Step 3
Fry the donuts until they are golden brown then sprinkle the donuts.
