Gunmen Abducted 15 Killed 4 In Fapo Village In Neger

No fewer than four persons were killed, and eight others critically injured while fifteen abducted by the suspected bandits in Fapo village of Lapai local government of Niger state.
According to reports, the incident occurred at the early hours of yesterday sunday, when the villagers suddenly heard gun shots to scared them of their presence.
An eye witness told our Reporter that the well armed men stormed the village in their numbers shooting sporadically while carrying out the attack.
He lamented that they have never experienced such attack before now, however described the attack as horrible considering the numbers of death recorded as well as injuries.
They therefore called on the governments and security agencies to rise up to their responsibility in securing their lives and property to avoid future devasted attacks in the community.
When contacted the Niger State Police Command Police Public Relations Officer PPRO DSP Wasiu Abiodun said he will get back with the confirmation.
