During the inspection, the governor expressed satisfaction with the quality of work at the site and commended the contractor for adhering to standards and timelines.
“I’m impressed with the quality of work and the progress made by the contractor. I urge other contractors handling government projects to emulate this level of commitment and professionalism,” Governor Aliyu said.

The governor further highlighted the state government’s ongoing efforts to mitigate flooding, which he identified as one of the major causes of displacement in the region. He reiterated the administration’s resolve to protect all government investments and infrastructure across the state.
Governor Aliyu emphasized that his government is working tirelessly to strengthen security, particularly in rural communities, and called on citizens to continue supporting efforts to build a safer and more resilient Sokoto.
