Foundation donates N10,000 to 100 orphans, less privileged

The Zonanazo Foundation has disbursed N10,,000 each to 100 orphans and less privileged persons in Gwandu Local Government Area of Kebbi State.
Flagging-off the disbursement, Alhaji Bashar Yalli-Gwandu, on behalf of the founder of the foundation, Alhaji Sanusi Umar Gwandu, described the gesture as commendable.
Yalli-Gwandu said the essence of the gesture was to complement the efforts of Gov. Nasir Idris of Kebbi State in assisting the good people of the state.
He said the donation came at a time when people were in dare need of assistance to cater for their immediate needs and advised the beneficiaries to make good use of the money to improve their living standards.
One of the beneficiaries, A'ishatu Umar-Malisa expressed gratitude to the founder of the foundation for extending helping hands to the orphans and downtrodden persons in the society.
While promising to utilise the gesture judiciously, Umar-Malisa appealed to the donor to sustain the tempo to enable others benefit.
At the end of the disbursement exercise, the beneficiaries offered special prayers for the donor.
