Former Lawmaker Presents Welfare Package To Zamfara Working Journalists

The former House of Representatives member representing Birnin Magaji/Kaura Namoda Federal Constituency, Hon. Aminu Sani Jaji has donated bags of rice and maize to working journalists in the state.
Presenting the welfare package to the members of the Correspondents Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists today, through his younger brother, Alhaji Aliyu Sani, the APC Chieftain also expressed satisfaction in the performance of media practitioners in the state.
He said he will always strive to do his best in supporting them so as to make their job easier.
Jaji urged the journalists to continue to abide by the ethics of the profession by being fair to all people especially as the country approaches another round of elections that will usher in new democratically elected leaders.
Hon, Jaji has since extended this good gesture to the less privileged, orphans, the needy, internally displaced persons as well as APC members in the state.
Responding, the Chairman of the Correspondents Chapel, Alhaji Sani Haruna Dutsin-Ma thanked the APC chieftain for the gesture.
The chairman who applauded the politician on his unifying abilities of members of the party in the state which has brought peace among members advised him not to relent on his goodwill.
He said media practitioners especially the Correspondents are doing their best in feeding the public balanced and unbiased reports which will continue to be the watchword.
