Flood: Sokoto SEMA, NEMA Conduct Assessment

The Sokoto State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA), in collaboration with the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), has carried out an assessment visit to Goronyo and Wurno Local Government Areas following the recent flood disaster.
During the assessment, Local Government Council officials disclosed that the flood destroyed vast farmlands, houses, and other valuable properties worth millions of naira, leaving many residents in distress.
