FLOOD: JE-JE Riders-NOTORE Donate Relief Materials To Flood Victims in Jigawa

As part of efforts to assist victims of flood, Je Je Riders of Nigeria in collaboration with NOTORE company Limited has donated relief materials worth millions of Naira to victims of flood in Jigawa state on Tuesday.
Delivering the materials, chairman of Je-Je riders, Dr. Muhammad Garba Mainasara on behalf of Notore assured that more assistance will come next year 2023.
Mainasara added that due to unfortunate flood that force out thousands of people out of their Homes, the groups decided to select Jigawa state among other states for the assistance.
Managarciya report that the groups donated 200 bags of grains and 200 cartons of Indomie Noodles to 200 Household in the affected communities.
Receiving the materials on behalf of Jigawa state governor Muhammadu Badaru Abubakar, deputy governor Namadi Umar (Danmodi) appreciated the gesture and assured that the materials will be distributed fairly to the victims.
Danmodi said Jigawa state is the most hits by the devastating flood in the country where over hundred people died and thousands rendered Homeless, added that over four hundred thousand farmlands washed away, roads and bridges were cut away, all as a result of the flood.
He also called on other groups, and philanthropists among others to continue assisting the victims in the state so that they will come back to their normal life.
