Ingredients
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla sugar
orange zest
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
8g yeast
7g baking powder
150ml warm water
100g semolina
250g flour
METHOD
Aunty na ki haɗa ƙwai,sugar,butter,yeas,baking powder,gishiri,mangyaɗa gwango ɗaya waje guda se kita juyawa har sugar ya narke, sai ki zuba ruwa ruwan ɗumi cup biyu ki juya. Sai ki kawo flour ki zuba ki kwaɓa ya kwaɓu sosai. in ya kwaɓu sosai zaki ga ya daina kama miki hannu. Ki bashi se ki aje for 1 hour sai ki murza ki fitar da shape na doughnut,ko ki huji a tsakiya,ko kisa mu gwangwani ki mai shape ɗin moon,se ki soya.
Note:- Dougnut yana son medium heat ne in kin cika wuta ciki bazai soyu ba in wuta tayi low zai sha mai.
Measurement na ruwan yayi daidai da cup ɗin da kika auna flour.
Kwaɓin dougnut yafi cincin ruwa bai kuma kai na puff puff ba ya ɗan fi na buns ma.
