The center for ethical and social orientation awarded the Jigawa state coordinator of the social investment program Mustapha Umar Babura for his dedication and freedom from corrupt practices on Tuesday, December 13th, 2022.
He also received the honorific title of Integrity Icon of Nigeria "IION" to be called after his name as Mustapha Umar Babura IION.
The coordinator of the center Mr. Yakubu Salihu said among Nigeria's SIP coordinators, Jigawa state coordinator Mustapha Umar Babura IION is the best who is free from corruption since he assumes duty as the state coordinator of the social investment program.
He said Babauta always welcomes everyone as his door is always open to receive and solve issues about his office.
Salihu said the Center for Ethical and self-value orientation is among the best anti-corruption NGOs that don't favor anybody that loots public funds.
He said the center made a forensic investigation through possible ways to understand how the state coordinator SIP Jigawa is working.
Fortunately, they found Mustapha Umar as a trustworthy personality who manages his office without fear of Allah.
Mr. Yakubu Salihu stated that integrity, honesty, loyalty, and faithfulness are what take Mustapha to the next level of his entire life.
Salihu then assured that the center will train a hundred youths on how to do their work in peace and harmony.

In his response, Mustapha Umar Babura IION. expressed his happiness for the awards alleging that he was not aware of any investigation against him till when he was awarded.
He promised to redouble his efforts in discharging his duty while thanking the center for ethical and self-value orientation for giving him the awards.
Mustapha promised to collaborate with them in training youths in Jigawa to understand ways of investigating corruption and other mismanagement.
He then thanked his excellency the governor of Jigawa state Alhaji Muhammad Badaru Abubakar for allowing him to lead a social investment program in Jigawa state.
