BADARU TO CONSTRUCT GREEN PARK FOR TOURISTS ATTRACTION

The Jigawa state Government  set to establish Green park for tourism attraction, with a view to generate more revenue in the state.

 
Chairman of Dutse capital Development Authority (DCDA) Alhaji Saleh Abubakar, made this known to newsmen in Dutse.
 
He disclosed that the state Government has earmarked the sum of N95 Million for the wall fencing  of the proposed Green park in Dutse .
 
Alh. Sale Explained that the state Government has already Released  the money for the actuality of the project, adding that the aim is to beautify the state capital and also to assist the state in generating Revenue since the state is an agrarian state  that is blessed with tourist potential. 
 
The chairman added that the  DCDA will also construct a conference Hall, children playground, clinic, police  out-post, soft drink centres, as well as a swimming  pool for the benefits of people patronizing the place. 
 
The managing director assured that the state government would provide sports facilities which include table tennis, bad meeting, volleyball, and other sports activities to entertain the public.
 
He then called on the private partners to come and establish their business stand inside the G en park as they would benefit it more and attract more tourists.
 
The DCDA's boss said his office will provide landscaping, seat out, Snack Bar, Soft Drink Bar, and children's grounds in the park premises, adding that the construction of these projects will consume another N170 million by next year 2023.
