Airstrike in Sokoto: Senator  Tambuwal Expresses Shock, Demands Justice

Senator Aminu Waziri Tambuwal expressed shock and condemned the tragic airstrike that mistakenly targeted two innocent communities, Gidan Bisa and Rumtuwa, in the Silame Local Government Area of the state. The attack, which occurred on Wednesday morning, resulted in numerous casualties, leaving many dead and injured.

In a statement released to the press, Senator Tambuwal extended his deepest sympathies to the grieving families who have lost loved ones in this unfortunate incident. He also expressed heartfelt condolences to the injured and pledged solidarity with the people of Silame during this difficult time.

"This tragedy has not only robbed families of their loved ones but has also caused immense suffering in these communities," the Senator stated.
