Zamfara State Governor, Dauda Lawal, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of the Sarkin Zamfaran Zurmi, His Royal Highness Bello Sulaiman.
The traditional ruler died on Monday at the Federal Medical Centre, Gusau.
Governor Lawal describes Sulaiman’s death as a great loss to the Zurmi Emirate, the traditional institution and the people of Zamfara State.
In a condolence message, the Governor says the late traditional ruler would be remembered for his service to his people, contributions to the traditional institution, and commitment to peace and development in the state.
Governor Lawal condoles with the deceased’s family, the Zurmi Emirate Council and the entire people of the emirate. The governor prays Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings, reward his good deeds, grant him Aljannah Firdaus; give his family and people of Zurmi the strength to bear the loss.
