The Honourable Commissioner for Information and Internal Affairs in Kano State, Ibrahim Abdullahi Waiya, attended the 79th birthday celebration of Hajiya Mariya Galadance, held in a joyful and thankful atmosphere in appreciation of Almighty God.
The event, which brought together family members, friends, and distinguished guests from various walks of life, served as an opportunity to honor and celebrate Hajiya Mariya Galadance for her remarkable contributions to society, particularly in the areas of upbringing, community development, and humanitarian service.
Speaking at the occasion, the Commissioner expressed his delight at being part of such a memorable celebration. He commended the celebrant for her exemplary character and meaningful life, noting that such moments are important for reflecting on God’s blessings and strengthening unity among people.
He also offered prayers for her continued good health, long life, and abundant blessings. Furthermore, he emphasized the importance of respecting and valuing elders, acknowledging their vital role in building a responsible and cohesive society.
