The forum of former aspirants of Gombe state Assembly under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) said the party would chase the incumbent government of the All Progressives Congress (APC) out in the forthcoming general election in 2023.
Hon Sadeeq Gidado Bargan Gombe, the chairman of the forum who spoke on behalf of his colleagues after a crucial meeting said their mission was to conduct themselves and do what was needed to bring back PDP into power in 2023.
Also said whoever emerges as the PDP candidate for governorship would be supported to ensure success of the party in the state.
Bargan Gombe, a former aspirant in Gombe North under the umbrella of the PDP said his ambition to re-contest in 2023 was intact and he was working for the success of the PDP at all levels in the state.
Added that the forum has members across all the 11 local governments of Gombe state, known as the grassroots politicians and also stakeholders in various constituencies.

He further said when PDP is given a mandate again Nigerian would bounce back in all sectors and the people will understand that PDP coming back again will lessen the hardship adding that even the insurgency will be no more again in sha Allah.
