2023: Atiku Donates 50 million to victims of flood in Jigawa

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the 2023 polls, Atiku Abubakar, has donated 50 million naira to victims of flood in Jigawa state.

 
Atiku made the donation when he visit the emir of Dutse Alhaji Dr. Nuhu Muhammad Sunusi in his palace on Friday night.
 
Atiku said the reason for his visit is to sympathize with the state and the victims of the devastated flood that the state experienced.
 
Atiku Abubakar visited the two palaces in the state, Hadejia palace and Dutse palace with a view to sympathize with the emirs.
 
He promised to come back for the second round for his campaign as a presidential candidate in the 2023 general election.
 
He alleged that Dutse and Jigawa state is his Home that he will come at any time he wishes to.
 
Responding, the Emir of Dutse, Alhaji Dr. Nuhu Muhammadu Sunusi appreciated the visit and the donation given to a flood committee.
 
He assured that the Money will be distributed directly to victims of flood as the money is mainly to them.
 
Alongside the emir of Hadejia Adamu Abubakar Maje, also appreciated the efforts of Atiku Abubakar for his tireless efforts in visiting states where flood occurred.
