NIGERIAN BUNS kayan maƙwalashe na marmari domin baƙin uwar gida.

Kayan haɗi:

Flour,
Sugar,
Ƙwai,
Butter
baking powder,
Gishiri,
Vanilla flavor,
Man gyaɗa,
Ruwa makimanci,
Mai don suya.

KAYAN SUYA:

Ki fara zuba fulawa a kwano, sai ki zuba sugar, baking powder da gishiri ki haɗe su sosai.

Sai ki nemi ƙaramin kwano ki fasa ƙwai a ciki ki sa mai sai ki zuba flavor don kashe ƙarnin ƙwai.

Ki ɗauko kwanon fulawa ki zuba butter ki murza shi a ciki har sai sun haɗe.

Ki ɗauko haɗin ruwan kwanki ki zuba a cikin fulawa ki kwaɓa, sai ki dinga zuba ruwa da kaɗan kaɗan kina kwaɓawa har sai ya kai dai dai kwaɓin da ake so, wato ba zai kai fanke ruwa ba, amma zai fi chin-chin.

Daga nan sai ki rufe shi da leda ki barshi ya huta na mintuna 15-20.

Ki ɗora mai a wuta idan ya yi zafi sai ki dinga mulmulawa kina jefawa girman yanda kike so (kamar dai yanda kike fanke).

Amma ki rage wuta don kada cikinsa ya ƙi soyuwa.

Amarya da uwar gida kai har ma da ‘yan mata ku gwada wannan zaku ji dadinsa sosai.

Girki adon mata, ki kasance mai yawan canza nau’ukan abinci domin birge mai gida har ma da iyalinki.

Samar da kayan maƙuƙashe a gida yana faranta ran yaran gida domin suna da son ƙwalama kala-kala a lokaci daban-daban.
