Yanda za’a hada;

Da farko za ki fere doya ki wanke ta sai ki ɗora a wuta ta dahu sosai.

Idan ta dahu sai ki zuba a turmi ki ta dakawa zaki ga tana danƙo (idan doyar mai kyau ce) idan kina yi ki dinga sa taɓarya a ruwa, idan ta daku sai ki kwashe a leda ki mulmuleta kamar tuwo.

KAYAN DA ZAKI TANA DA.

*Ganyen ugu
*Manja da albasa
*Tarugu da tattasai
*Bunga fish
*Nama da kifi karfasa
*Egusi da crayfish.
*Magi da gishiri.

YANDA ZA KI HADA:

Ki fara gyara kayan miyanki (tattasai da tarugu) ki wanke sai ki jajjaga sama-sama.

Ki wanke albasarki ki yanka ki ajiye manja a kusa.

Ki gyara bunga fish (sari da adda) sai ki kakkaryashi dai-dai yanda kike so, dama kin ajiye naman miyanki a kusa, sai ki gyara kifi karfasa ki ciccire ƙashin cikin.

Sai ki wanke ganyen ugunki ki yayyanka shi kanana, dama kin ajiye nikakken egusinki wanda ke hade da crayfish, maggi da gishiri a kusa.

Ki hura wuta ko ki kunna gas koma dai da me zaki yi amfani, wanke tukunyarki ki ɗora a wuta.
Daga nan sai ki wanke namanki ki zuba, ki saka yankakkiyar albasarki yar dai-dai, sai ki zuba maggi da an gishiri
Da kayan kamshi duk ki hada, in ya nuna sai ki kwashe ki ajiye a gefe.

Daga nan sai ki dauko bunga fish dinki ki wanke ki zuba a tukunya, ki saka albasa, maggi da gishiri kadan don kada ya yi yawa saboda kinsa a tafashen nama.
(Bunga fish baya nuna da wuri, sai a kula a barshi ya ji wuta sosai.)

Bayan kamar minti talatin sai a duba in bunga fish din ya nuna sai a kwashe a ajiye shi dabam.

Daga nan kuma sai ki dauko manjanki ki zuba da yar albasa, idan man ya soyu sai ki zuba jajjagaggen kayan miyanki, idan suka soyu sai ki debo ruwa dan dai-dai (ya danganta da yawan ganyenki) ki zuba, idan ruwan miyan ya tafasa sai ki saka tasasshen namanki da bunga fish ɗinki duk ki zuba (har ruwan jikinsu).

Ki lura da wutan murhun, idan kika ga ruwan miyanki ya dahu/ ya kama jikinsu, sai ki dauko yankakken ganyen ugunki ki zuba, sai ki rufe tukunyarki, ki lura da wutar.

Bayan kamar minti goma sai ki wanke kifinki karfasa ki zuba.

Bayan kamar minti biyar sai ki zuba niƙaƙƙen egusi/crayfish ɗinki ki zuba ki gauraya.

Bayan kamar minti biyar in miyarki ta nuna sai ki sauke.

A lura ganyen ugu ko za’a kwana ana dafa shi ba zai nuna aga yayi lugub kamar na alayahu ba.

Idan aka saka egusi a miya yakan kumbura baya narkewa kamar nikakken gyada.

AMFANIN GANYE UGU A JIKIN ƊAN ADAM.

Ganyen ugu wanda a turance ake kira da ‘pumpkin leaves.’
Ganye ne dake samu a sassa dabam-dabam na fadin Nigeria duk da anfi samunsa a kudancin Nigeria, inda mafi yawan yarbawa da igbo suka fi amfani dashi a matsayin ganyen da ake miya dashi, ko ake sabewa ayi amfani dashi a matsayin magani.

Yana da matukar muhimmanci musamman ta bangaren magani cututtuka da karin lafiya ga kanana yara, mata masu juna biyu, masu fama da yawan jinya, tsofaffi da suka manyanta, da wasu kananan rashin lafiyoyin dake addabar al’umma.

Ganye ugu na kunshe da wasu kebabbun sinadarai na musamman dake amfanar jiki, kamar su vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, iron.
Inda shi sinadarin vitamin A ke ƙara lafiyar ido.
Vitamin C yana taimakawa don saurin warkar da ciwo a jiki, da kuma karfafa garkuwar jiki don iya yaƙi da kwayoyin cuta.
Shi ko sinadarin calcium yana yana kare barazanar bugun zuciya, yana kara kwarin kassa dana haƙora.

Su kuwa sauran kayan haɗin miyar da suka haɗa da nama, kifi da sauransu, kowa ya sani nama protein ne yana taimakawa wurin gina jiki da samar da isasshiyar lafiya da wadataccen jini, kifi ma haka, dadin dadawa kuma yana cikin minerals.

Don haka wannan miyar ugu miya ce mai kyau da zata taimaki lafiyarku idan kunsha.

MUTANEN DA SUKA FI CIN WANNAN ABINCI.

Mutanen kasar ghana suna matuƙar sha’awar cin fufu ko ince sakwara.

A yankunan Nigeria kuwa!
Sakwara wani gama garin abinci ne a jihohin Ekiti, Ondo da Osun, kai har tsakanin kabilun yarbawa da igbo da kuma wasu Hausawa ma suna sonta.

Mata a ci gaba da kayatar da mai gida da da dadan girke-girke.
