Cutar kwalara, cuta ce ta gudawa (zawayi) da amai mai tsanani da kan iya halaka
mutum kai tsaye cikin ‘yan sa’o’i }alilan, idan har ba’a ]auki matakin magani
ba. Ana samun cutar kwalara sanadiyar wata }wayar halitta da ake kira Vibrio choler.

    Cin gur~ataccen abinci ko ruwan sha maras tsabta, mai ]auke da wannan }wayar halitta ne ke haddasa cutar. Haka kuma cutar ba ta da }aidi, takan kama manya da kuma }ananan yara. Sai dai ta kan fi tsananta ko illa ga }ananan yara.

MATAKIN FARKO NA MAGANCE CUTAR KWALARA

Yin Amfani da ha]a]en ruwan gishiri da sukari domin shayar da marar lafiya

YADDA  AKE  HA[A  RUWAN GISHIRI DA SUKARI  DA KUMA YADDA AKE BA DA SHI

A sami tafasasshin rowan zafi, ko ruwa masu tsabta kimanin kwalba biyu na lemun kwalba, ko duk wani  kwalba mai ma’aunin (60cl), Sai a zuba }aramin cokali goma na sukari a cikin ruwan, sai a zuba }aramin cokali ]aya na gishiri a cikin ruwan, Sai a cu]anye (gwaraye) sosai da cokali, a ri}a bayar wa da cokali ko kofi a kowace safiya. Ana bu}atar a ha]a wasu sabbin ruwan gishiri da sukari ba tare da anyi amfani da na jiya ba(wa]an da suka kwana).

A dakatar da amfani da ruwan gishirn da sukari da zaran gudanawar (zawayin) ya
]auke. Ana bu}atar a gaggauta kai marar lafiya asibiti mafi kusa idan har ba’a ga
alamar sau}i ba.

Ku tuna ana bu}atar a baiwa marar lafiya abinci mai ruwa-ruwa,
kamar kamu/Kunu ko ruwan dawo (ruwan da aka dafa fura) ko ruwan shinkafa.

YADDA ZA’A KAUCEWA KAMUWA DA {WAYOYIN CUTAR KWALARA

– A rin}a tafasa duk ruwan da aka ]ebo daga rijiya ko }orama ko kuma gulbi.

– A tabbatar da tsabtar jiki da muhalli a ko yaushe.

– Haka kuma a tabbata an wanke hannaye da sabulu idan an fito daga ba haya (ban ]aki)

– A tabbatar da an ci abinci ko abin sha tsabtatacce, hakanan kuma a kiyaye tsabtar wurin shirya abinci, kuma a tabbatar da cewa abincin ya dafu sosai kuma bai lalace ko ya ru~e ba kafin a ci.

– A ri}a neman shawarwarin malaman kiwon lafiya a koda yaushe.
